How you can help:

1. Donate goods and services for a silent auction event.

All donations are tax deductable. All proceeds go directly to the helping organizations.

Your business can donate:

  • Activities or events
  • Desirable services
  • Free Rentals
  • Product baskets

2. Donate food and labor.

The event will include a number of food stations hosted by local area restaurants. Food service providers are asked to donate, prepare, and serve their food items during the event. Grace Community will provide all dishes and silverware. Food service providers are encouraged to hang banners and include brochures or coupons at their stations.

Your business can donate:

All goods should be new. We will not auction coupons or services that require additional purchases.

Donating organizations will be included in the following publicity:

  • 2-5 advertisements in the Montrose Daily Press
  • Community posters and banners in local businesses
  • Printed invitations distributed by the 1000-member Grace Community congregation
  • Listing on the program for the 250 auction attendees
  • “Donated by” signs at the auction event
  • Supporter highlights on the Grace web paged linked to community calendars

Organizations that donate services or items valued at $500 or more will also receive:

  • Your logo on community posters and newspaper ads
  • Your logo on event programs
  • Your logo on publicity directed at the Grace Community congregation
  • Verbal thank-you and recognition during the auction event
  • Possible mention in radio public service announcements
  • Space for an event banner at the auction event
